Abstract Hyperspectral imaging (HSI) is an emerging medical imaging modality that provides dense spatial and spectral information for tissue characterization. Despite its growing interest in surgical research, the lack of publicly available, semantically annotated hyperspectral datasets has limited the development and validation of data-driven methods for surgical tissue segmentation.
