CALYPSO - Trailing 9-4 to the Manteo Redskins after the top of the sixth inning, it seemed like North Duplin's season was over. However, the Rebels never lost belief, and they rallied off an incredible six-run bottom of the sixth to take a 10-9 lead, which they held onto to advance to the state championship series. North Duplin head coach Jaime Kylis said she felt incredibly proud of how her players, especially the seniors, never hung their heads even when facing a huge deficit.
