Abstract Bypass graft failure remains a persistent challenge, particularly when grafts are placed on hemodynamically insignificant lesions, leading to reduced patency rates and suboptimal clinical outcomes. The overarching goal of this proof-of-concept study was to develop and validate a non-invasive, coronary computed tomographic angiography (CCTA)-based computational framework to accurately predict post-bypass hemodynamics.
