Yasmeen Moin (“Yaz”) was born to Mohammed Abdul and Tabassum Moin, both doctors. Growing up in Nuneaton, she attended King Henry VIII School in Coventry. She had a close family with enduring love and respect for each other, and she brought that care to her friends and patients throughout her life. Wherever Yaz was, she emanated warmth, humour, and the ability to listen—inevitably acquiring new friends in all she did. She studied medicine at Sheffield University.
