White-matter functional network dysfunction associated with clinical phenotypes in patients with end-stage renal disease
Abstract Among end-stage renal disease (ESRD) patients, white matter (WM) is a particularly vulnerable area that is susceptible to various clinical risk factors. However, whether WM function is disrupted in ESRD patients and how this disruption provides valuable information for cognitive deficits and potential clinical phenotypes remain unknown. We enrolled 78 ESRD patients and 50 healthy controls.
Cross-Spatial-Scale Radiomics for Predicting Pathologic Complete Response to Neoadjuvant Chemotherapy in Breast Cancer: A Multicenter, Interpretable MRI Study
Key Words Breast cancer Neoadjuvant chemotherapy MRI Radiomics Habitat imaging Take Home Message • TriSpace integrates global tumor, intratumoral habitat, peritumoral, and clinicopathologic features to predict pathologic complete response from pretreatment breast MRI. • Across four centers, the interpretable model outperformed single-scale radiomics and maintained discrimination across clinical and technical subgroups.
Prediction of axillary lymph node metastasis using a transformer model and multi-omics validation in breast cancer
Abstract Our study developed a multiomics-driven transformer model that combines mammography, MRI, transcriptomic and proteomic data to noninvasively predict axillary lymph node (ALN) metastasis in breast cancer. A total of 2105 patients from 10 institutions were included for model training and validation.
Association between dietary inflammatory index and NT-proBNP levels in US adults: A cross-sectional analysis
2 Methods The NHANES protocol and stored serum research program were approved by the National Center for Health Statistics Ethics Review Board, and written informed consent was obtained from all participants. All data were anonymized during the collection and processing stages, ensuring that neither the authors nor the research team had access to any information that could potentially identify individual participants.
Selective synthesis of (E)-alkenylphosphine oxides via copper-catalyzed 4-HO-TEMPOH mediated phosphorylation of alkenes
Selective synthesis of (E)-alkenylphosphine oxides via copper-catalyzed 4-HO-TEMPOH mediated phosphorylation of alkenes Jun-Long Zhan, Bing-Jie Wang, Chen-Xi Wang, Xin-Ming Zhao, Sai-Nan Zhou, Zao-Zao Dou, Xin-Xin Yang, Lin Zhu and Wei Ren Abstract An efficient, practical and regioselective synthesis of (E)-alkenylphosphine oxides has been developed starting from alkenes under copper catalysis and 4-HO-TEMPOH oxidation.
