CYP4X1/sEH‐Dependent Endocannabinoid Metabolism Drives Fibroblast‐Mediated Immunosuppression to Limit Immunotherapy in Colon Cancer
1 Introduction Colon cancer ranks third among the most frequently diagnosed cancers worldwide.[1] The treatment of colon cancer has been revolutionized by the introduction of immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs).[2] However, the clinical use of ICIs therapy in colon cancer remains highly limited since only a select subset of patients are responsive.[2] One reason for the low response rate is that tumors establish a highly immunosuppressive microenvironment to evade immune surveillance.[2]...
Circular RNA circHSPA8 Aggravates Metastasis by Acting as a Competitive Inhibitor of miR‐195‐5p to Upregulate WNT3A Expression in Breast Cancer
1 Introduction Breast cancer (BC) is the second most common malignant tumour in women, often occurring in younger women [1]. Advances in targeted and multidisciplinary therapies have reduced the high incidence and mortality in end-stage patients, particularly those with aggressive forms such as triple-negative BC [2, 3]. Therefore, further investigation of the tumour biology in BC is needed to identify novel potential therapeutic targets.

Emerging strategies for treating medical device and wound‐associated biofilm infections
INTRODUCTION Microbial infections pose a severe threat to global public health and economic stability (Carratalá et al., 2024; Tuffs et al., 2024; Uberoi et al., 2024). Pathogenic microorganisms can cause both acute and chronic diseases, potentially leading to widespread outbreaks that significantly strain healthcare systems and result in substantial economic losses (Rudbaek et al., 2024; Silverman et al., 2024).

Lesion location and serum levels of homocysteine are associated with early‐onset post‐stroke depression in acute ischemic stroke
1 INTRODUCTION Post stroke depression (PSD) is a severe and frequent complication of mental disorders followed by stroke. The clinical manifestations of PSD are characterized by low mood and loss of interest, accompanied by slow thinking, sleep disorder, sense of worthless, sense of guilt, and even suicidal tendency (Wang et al., 2016). PSD is one of the multiple important factors that reduces the quality of life and neurological rehabilitation of patients.

Energies | Free Full-Text | Study on the Mechanism of Surrounding Rock Deformation and Its Control for Roof Cutting Retained Gob-Side Entry in Close-Distance Coal Seams Co-Mining
Abstract : Sustainable development in coal mining requires a continuous and efficient method of coal extraction. Research shows that gob-side entries retained through roof cutting retained gob-side (RCGE) are vital for improving mining efficiency, enhancing coal recovery rates, and enabling continuous production. However, the mechanism of surrounding rock deformation during close-distance co-mining of coal seams with this technique is not yet clear.
The Game Analysis among Governments, the Public and Green Smart Supply Chain Enterprises in Necessity Purchase and Supply during COVID-19 Pandemic
Abstract : During the COVID-19 pandemic, panic buying, price inflation, and the pollution of production processes led to economic and social unrest. In response to the current situation, the current research takes less account of the subjective perception of public panic buying and the lack of reference to the reality of effective governance. First, this paper uses prospect theory to portray the public’s perceived value of goods in panic buying and non-panic buying situations.

Partitioning and Emission Characteristics of Hg, Cr, Pb, and As Among Air Pollution Control Devices in Chinese Coal-Fired Industrial Boilers
Abstract Toxic trace elements (TEs), such as Hg, Cr, As, and Pb, emitted from coal-fired industrial boilers (CFIBs) have gained considerable attention because of their harmful effects on environmental quality and human health. In this study, based on the field test data, Hg, Cr, Pb, and As emissions from six CFIBs in China were investigated.
