Finding the best lobster rolls in Boston (and beyond!) is a lifelong hunt for native New Englanders and visitors alike. While there’s not a huge variation in the way they’re made, it’s those special details like amount of knuckle and claw meat, type of bun, and variety of sides that can really make or break a lobster roll. Couple in the level of kid-friendliness and those gorgeous ocean views, eating a top-notch lobster roll can be akin to a religious experience.
