When people think of vacationing in the Caribbean, they often imagine blue seas, swaying palms and possibly, that unmistakable snap of a plastic wristband or a buffet line that never seems to end. But in Barbados, indulgence is never one-size-fits-all; it’s personal, genuine and curated.

We all have a story when it comes to wellness. Some of us can’t seem to stop hopping on and off the yoga bandwagon. While others seem to try every health trend going viral on social media. Others have always wanted to prioritize their health but have a hard time committing to a routine. While prioritizing healthy habits can bring up a plethora of conflicting feelings, the idea of a vacation almost always elicits a sense of excitement and anticipation.

Is there anything better than escaping January in Canada? My partner and I have always loved travelling and that thirst for adventure didn’t diminish once we welcomed little Grey into our lives 15 months ago. We’ve been as far as Cape Town and Dubai with our tiny travel companion but we had never experienced an all-inclusive vacation until our recent getaway to Grand Palladium Kantenah in Riviera Maya, Mexico.
