1 Introduction Native molecules can dynamically form kinks through bending, which is regulated by intermolecular interactions, in vivo [1, 2]. Here, a “kink” refers to a bent or conformationally altered molecular motif that changes the spatial presentation or accessibility of a functional moiety. Such kinks determine the conformation of macromolecules, thus regulating their biological functions [3-6].

Cancer treatment requires precise tumor-specific targeting at specific sites that allows for high-resolution diagnostic imaging and long-term patient-tailorable cancer therapy while minimizing side effects largely arising from non-targetability. This can be realized by harnessing exogenous remote stimuli, such as tissue-penetrative ultrasound, magnetic field, light, and radiation, that enable local activation for cancer imaging and therapy in deep tumors.
