I did not grow up on vision boards. I grew up on budgets. In my early years as a CEO, anything that sounded mystical went straight to the recycle bin. Then I tried a quiet experiment. I began each morning with five minutes of intentional belief, a page of journaling, and a short visualization of the workday I wanted to create. Over time, I noticed something. My companies grew. Client results improved. As a leadership speaker, my stages got bigger. Most importantly, my closest relationships strengthened.
