All of the new college lacrosse programs beginning in 2020
One of my favorite annual posts is finding out which schools are adding lacrosse for the upcoming season. We all know the Division I programs starting up, but there’s also plenty of schools at the other levels. This year, institutions from Division I all the way down to the NAIA are getting set to begin a new era with the addition of at least one lacrosse team to their list of sponsored athletic programs. Let’s see who’ll we’ll be welcoming this year (h/t The Growth Blog).
2019 college lacrosse fall ball composite schedule: Who’s playing when and where?
After a well-deserved summer, college lacrosse teams have reconvened to start the academic year. Every team has some new faces in brand new places, while a couple of teams begin to adjust to Division I life. Most programs will play against other teams or against their alumni during the fall, but those games won’t count toward their record. It’s a way to get better at lacrosse as well as getting to know personnel and new styles of play. Welcome to fall ball.

Syracuse men’s lacrosse: Wrapping up the 2019 season and looking ahead to 2020
For the second straight season, the Syracuse Orange were bounced out of the NCAA Tournament in the first round as they fell to the Loyola Greyhounds 15-13 Saturday afternoon in Maryland. It was the first time since 2012 the Orange were unseeded and on the road for their first round matchup. With the loss, that puts a bow on the 2019 season as well as the decade. Looking Back At The 2019 Season We’ll start with this season. The Orange finished 9-5 on the season and 2-2 in ACC conference play.

The year began in a basement in Furlong, Pennsylvania at one of my high school friend’s house.
