Why did you become a journalist?
I'm a big fan of holding powerful people accountable and not a big fan of authority. Probably too much punk music as a teenager.
Did you work for your high school newspaper? If so, what did you do there?
I was the news editor for my high school paper. It's pretty easy to draw a straight line from that to where I am now.
When's the best time to pitch you?
Generally when i have a bat in my hand and step up to the plate.
When you're not at a computer, where are you most likely to be?
Waiting for my coffee to brew in the break room. I survive largely on black coffee.
