Fox Restaurant Concepts, owned by Sam Fox, has agreed to be acquired by The Cheesecake Factory for $308 million. Fox will continue to lead the company and their headquarters will remain here in the Valley. The deal includes the group's local restaurants, including North Italia and Flower Child, which has locations across the US.

Police: Two people shot near Cave Creek Road and Union Hills - Story

PHOENIX (FOX 10) - Phoenix police are investigating a shooting that left two people in critical condition. The shooting happened near Cave Creek and East Utopia Roads on Sunday afternoon. Crime tape surrounds the parking lot where three stores are located. The focus in on Beck's Billiards where police say a domestic violence situation turned into a double-shooting. It happened around 1 p.m. this afternoon. Police say they found a man and woman with critical gunshot wounds.

Taco seasoning sold at Walmart recalled due to Salmonella concerns

PHOENIX (FOX 10) - A popular taco seasoning sold at Walmart has been voluntarily recalled due to it being potentially contaminated with Salmonella. According to a press release, Williams Food, LLC issued a recall of the 1 oz. Great Value Mild Taco Seasoning Mix after Mincing Spice Co. discovered a test sample was possibly contaminated. As of the time of publication, there aren't any consumer complaints or reported cases of Salmonellosis.
