The applicant, Outer Banks, LLC, was seeking to rezone a 4.08-acre parcel of land at 2590 and 2600 Old Thompson Bridge Road NW from Residential-I and General Business to Residential-II, according to city documents.

By Christian Ashliman Anchor/Reporter Posted 6:00AM on Tuesday, July 2, 2024 A 58-lot single-family residential development located at 3965 Bolding Road was proposed Monday night to the Hall County Planning Commission. The Planning Commission voted to recommend approval of the development, which is currently zoned as Agricultural Residential. The applicant, CMWB Company, LLC, is requesting to rezone the 29.65-acre property to Planned Residential Development, according to county documents.
