In the past few weeks there have been several hate-based incidents in New York City (and throughout the country) in which individuals have specifically targeted our Muslim brothers and sisters. It is past time for us to stand up and speak out against this growing hatred for our brothers and sisters who worship Allah and wear clothing that indicates their religious faith.
