By Chuck Akers Okeechobee County Community Emergency Response Rep OKEECHOBEE — The 2026 Health and Safety Expo and Touch a Truck are this weekend! This year, the expo will be held on Saturday, Jan. 31 at the Agri-Civic Center beginning at 9 a.m. and continuing until 2 p.m. "We will have safety displays, first responder vehicles, activities for the kids, entertainment, food, giveaways along with the famous Touch a Truck displays.
