INTRODUCTION Epithelioid hemangioendothelioma (EHE) is an uncommon vascular tumour characterized by an intermediate malignancy and is, positioned between benign hemangioma and aggressive angiosarcoma. This disease can manifest in any body part, but primarily targets the liver, lungs, and soft tissues. It shows a higher prevalence in women than in men, typically affecting middle-aged adults.1 Notably, cases of pleural EHE are exceedingly rare, occurring in older adult men.
