1. Introduction In recent years, as the low-carbon economy grows, the new energy industry, including lithium-ion batteries (LIB), has expanded rapidly due to the increasing number of electric vehicles (EV) sold worldwide [1]. In 2019, 2.2 million EVs were sold, and in 2022, more than 10 million EVs were sold, and it is projected to exceed 15 million by 2025, leading to a surge in LIB production [2]. On average, LIBs have a lifespan of 4 to 10 years.
