Ciara White-Sparks is a Multimedia Journalist based in Norfolk, VA at WTKR News 3. While at WTKR she also Associate Produces for News 3 lifestyle show, “Coast Live.” She is a graduate of Hampton University with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Communications; and a minor in Marketing.
