While we catch a comfy cool start to the day, temps will warm up quickly with a low humidity air mass in place. Abundant sunshine rules too as highs soar into the mid 80s to 90 for many locations. It’ll be cooler across Cape Ann as well as the South Coast. Dew points stay in the 40s, allowing for the dry heat. Tomorrow, is pretty close temp wise, but the sky won’t be as blue as a lot of high level clouds are in the mix, allowing for a milky appearance to the sky.

After a cool start to the day, temps warm up quickly this morning and top off in the low to mid 80s inland, 70s at the coast. With humidity low, it’ll be a very comfortable afternoon. With humidity staying low, the warm-up ahead will be a comfortable one as dew points hover near 50 both Thursday and Friday afternoon. Both days see temps running in the upper 80s to 90 inland, cooler at the coast.

Looking forward to the warm-up? It starts today after we shake off the early morning chill. No doubt, it’ll chilly too as morning lows around sunrise this morning start in the 30s for many locations outside of Boston. Impressive to see the observation site on the Vineyard clock in below freezing! Temps jump up quickly this morning and cruise into the 70s this afternoon. With chilly air aloft, instability clouds do form and even a brief, spot shower is possible this afternoon.
