1 Introduction Chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell therapy has dramatically modified the landscape of cancer treatment, particularly in haematological malignancies [1, 2]. Although its efficacy in inducing durable remissions is undeniable, the occurrence of neurotoxicity is a major challenge as it induces acute morbidity, potentially requiring ICU transfer and prolonged hospitalisation [3, 4].
