Introduction The Arctic has warmed almost four times as fast as the global rate since 1979 (Rantanen et al., 2022), with freshwater lakes experiencing consequent changes in growing season, terrestrial inputs, and production (Heino et al., 2020).

Dear Editor, As the first author of this paper I would like to address a point raised in several rapid responses. Some commenters noted that the stated confidence intervals for the overall effect estimates (the suicide rate ratios for male and female physicians) seem to be displayed incorrectly in the corresponding forest plots, figures 2 and 3. However, both of those figures are correct, and the perceived discrepancy is most likely due to a minor misinterpretation.
