Colac Imperials have appointed committed football mentor Paul Liistro as a co-coach for 2020, which has created an opportunity for Dan Casey to remain at the Cats. The club announced Liistro would join Casey in a shared role next year during its best-and-fairest count on Saturday night. Busy work and family life had forced Casey to reconsider his position after two seasons as head coach.

Officials released the girls’ under-16 squad this week, while also announcing the boys’ under-15 team, which boasts seven players from the Colac region.
