At 125, the Tigers were represented by Chase Preston, who saw action in two matches, and Will Farren, who picked up an impressive pinfall in the first period over #11 Jackson Eylar of Eastern Oregon in his opening match.

RV Men’s Wrestling Falls to NCAA Division II Southwest Minnesota State via Criteria

MARSHALL, Minn. — RV Dakota Wesleyan squared off against Southwest Minnesota State in the first dual meet of the season. The dual meet started at the 141-pound weight class, which saw true freshman Ian Metz get to work on Richins of SMSU. Metz would score multiple takedowns and fend off a late comeback from Richins to claim a 14-10 victory by decision, giving DWU a 3-0 lead to open the meet.
