Hello! I just did my first deal 4 months ago! I bought a duplex that I am currently house hacking. I live in the top unit with a roommate that I rent a room to. The bottom unit is a midterm rental that has been booked ever since I started it. Everything has been going well with the duplex. Clean tenants, low maintenance, and I even cash flow a little bit too! Because of the low maintenance I feel bored.

Cahill tripled and scored twice, and Tanner Hartwell had a double, two RBIs and two runs to boost visiting Grafton (4-0). Cam Ayotte hit three singles for the Woolies (3-1). BOYS’ LACROSSE Grafton 14, Wachusett 3: Roman Gilliatt scored four goals, while Colin Thornton, Leif Charbonneau, and Jack Duplessis all had two goals to boost Grafton (3-0). Jason Richards earned a hat trick for the Mountaineers (1-1).
