Who's your favorite fictional journalist?

Katherine Plumber from Newsies

Why did you become a journalist?

I wanted to make a difference by using my platform to help give voice to those who are often not afforded the opportunity to do so

Did you work for your high school newspaper? If so, what did you do there?

I unfortunately did not, but wish I had taken the opportunity to do so.

What story are you most proud of writing or working on?

A feature on Penn State's housing options for queer and trans students, a topic that had never been addressed in a story before

What's your favorite drink?

Vanilla latte
