They paid Jalen Thompson to be a high-end starter, they traded for Rashan Gary to improve their pass rush and defensive line, and they spent their first three draft picks on adding rookies to help rebuild the defense. But to kickoff day three, the Cowboys added Penn State offensive tackle Drew Shelton.
