Comparison of treatment‐emergent resistance‐associated mutations and discontinuation due to adverse events among integrase strand transfer inhibitor‐based single‐tablet regimens and cabotegravir + rilpivirine for the treatment of virologically suppressed
INTRODUCTION HIV treatment guidelines recommend integrase strand transfer inhibitor (INSTI)-based single-tablet regimens (STRs) as an option for first-line therapy for most people with HIV [1]. These recommended STRs contain the INSTIs bictegravir (BIC) and dolutegravir (DTG), which both have a high barrier to resistance [1]. STRs offer the convenience of a once-daily combination tablet, which may help to improve treatment adherence [2, 3].

Future CardiologyVol. 18, No. 5 Short CommunicationOpen Access Abstract Aim: Wild-type transthyretin amyloid cardiomyopathy (ATTRwt-CM) is frequently misdiagnosed, and delayed diagnosis is associated with substantial morbidity and mortality. Track by Track: five Tors singles in five months | Gigwise
Tors have always been unapologetically honest in their music, an abundance of emotion and truth wrapped up in stunning skills of lyricism and artist integrity. It’s hard to imagine how much honesty you unload into one song, but how about 12 all within close proximity of release? This year the Devon three-piece promised one single every month to their fans. Now we’re five months into 2020, and they’re still strengthening their relationship with fans through the fifth single.
