Conor Norris’s Biography
Conor Norris is the Assistant Director of the Knee Regulatory Research Center (KRRC) at West Virginia University and an adjunct professor. He completed a MA in economics from George Mason University. His research has been published in scholarly journals including The Journal of Regulatory Economics, Health Policy, Seminars in Dialysis, Quarterly Journal of Finance and Accounting, Journal of Entrepreneurship and Public Policy, and Policy, Politics, and Nursing Practice. His research has been cited by the popular press. He has provided expert testimony in state legislatures on occupational licensing reform and the practice telemedicine. He is a Policy Fellow for Empower Mississippi.
