Search continues for 2 mission Waukegan plant employees

WAUKEGAN, Ill. — The search will continue Sunday for two missing Waukegan plant employees who are believed to be dead after a fatal explosion Saturday. Officials said the continue at 8 a.m. Sunday. The coroner has not released any information about the two missing employees. The explosion happened about 9:30 p.m. Friday at the AB Specialty Silicones plant in the 3700 block of Sunset Avenue in Waukegan. The north suburban blast was felt as far away as Wisconsin.
