Matthew Susmilch Mendecino County, Calif. Jail A father is still on the run after allegedly kidnapping his 4-year-old daughter and evading police during a SWAT incident. Grace Susmilch has been safely reunited with family, but Matthew Susmilch, 41, has not been found. He is believed to be armed and dangerous. The U.S. Marshals Service Pacific Northwest Violent Offender Task Force announced Monday a reward of up to $2,000 for information leading to his arrest.

Amber Alert for Grace Susmilch. An Amber Alert has been issued for a missing 4-year-old Kennewick girl. Washington State Patrol issued the alert for Grace Susmilch at 6:15 p.m. Saturday. Grace is 3-foot 4-inches tall, with blonde hair and blue eyes. She was last seen wearing white elastic shorts.

Kennewick, Wash. Two businesses have closed in Kennewick. Korean eatery 1derful K-BBQ has closed after three years. The eatery specialized in Korean barbecue wings and was the anchor for the 1derful food park next to Summer’s Hub in the Colonnade Shopping Center. The restaurant was started by Joo Seok Baek of Richland, who also owned the building at 6494 W. Skagit Ave. He kicked off the project in 2022, opening the first of seven walk-up windows in early 2023.
