(KDVR) — Arvada police released video from a bank robbery back on July 1 where a suspect tried to flee with cash in hand; little did he know a drone operated by the agency was able to spot and assist officers in arresting him. PARKER, Colo. (KDVR) – A group of friends and family of Chris Orr met at Vitalant on Parker Road Tuesday morning to cheer her on for her milestone donation of being Colorado's first female 90-gallon blood donor. "She's here every two weeks to donate platelets and plasma and she has saved so many lives throughout the years," Communications Manager Brooke Derloshon said. Orr lit up the room with excitement over the donation. She's 72 and started donating back in 1975.
