The Steam Next Fest is upon us, and with it brings a bevy of cozy game demos! Unfortunately, I can’t possibly detail every single one, but I can highlight the developers who reached out to me personally to let me know about their games! If any of these games catch your attention, go ahead and try out the demo! If you like them, add them to your wishlist since that’ll help them out greatly. Wishlist likes are what drive the Steam algorithm and will determine what gets pushed to more eyes.

Today was a minefield. I’m not going to lie, there were a metric crapton of releases today and the fact that I was able to dig up 27 cozy games is miraculous. I truly wasn’t seeing the forest for the trees today. If you’re looking for horror games, hentai, or don’t care about Gen AI slop, then you may want to go searching. It’s a good day for it all. The good news is that this list is even more tightly curated than usual, still has a bounty of games, and there are TWO cozy free-to-play games.

There are a staggering 28 games for you to peruse through to find the perfect cozy game for you! They span a wide range of genres, and today is a good day to pick a game to play with friends. There are seven co-op and party games to show to your friend group to entice them to a game night!
