For Sale - Meridian DSP5200SE & 218 Controller
#1 With much regret I am selling these wonderful speakers that have been passed on to me from my Dad, I would love to have them setup as a second system but I just don’t have the room for them. They are original SE models complete with original boxes remote and I am bundling the 218 controller in with them. Due to size of item I would prefer collection although I’m happy to arrange a local delivery within in or around the Norfolk area.

For Sale - PMC Twenty5.24 ~ Wallnut
#1 Due to system downsizing my beloved PMC’s have to go. I bought these new nearly 3 years ago, they have given me much enjoyment during ownership, they really are full range speaker and produce wonderful bass due to the advanced transmission line design. I have the original boxes and packaging, they have been in a dedicated music room and as such only been used when listening to music, probably around 10 hours a week on average.
For Sale - Canor TP134 Valve amp
#1 Due to a change in system I am reluctantly selling my Valve amp. This has served me well for many years, I've had it since 2014 and have thoroughly enjoyed listening to it upon every occasion. For anyone looking to get into the valve sound this should be on your shortlist. I can provide a demo if necessary and delivery charge is include in asking price. All my kit has been well looked after and coming from a smoke and pet free home it has no nasty smells and the condition is excellent.

How good is Cambridge Audio kit?
Cambridge is not simply the House Brand of Richer Sounds; Cambridge is sold all over the world, and is consistently highly rated for sound quality. However, rumors of faulty products have reached my ears too. Cambridge sent the Flagship 851A to Stereophile for review, and they had problems with the device. Upon getting a new copy, things worked better.
Question - Alexa Accounts?
After having a Hive heating system for a while now I decided to take the next step and get an Echo to take advantage of the voice commands. I also got a bulb to try out. No problems setting it all up, or so I thought!

BBC HLG UHD Trial - FA Cup highlights
I did not see it advertised anywhere but currently on BBC iPlayer they have a HLG trial of highlights from the FA Cup quarter final game between West Brom and Southampton. Hopefully this is a sign that the World Cup will be in UHD on iPlayer.

4K/HDR Settings PS4 Pro
Apologies if it's been done before but I though it would be nice to have a general discussion on picture settings with 4K HDR gaming. Personally I've found it tricky to get the best results across the board as each game seems to have different quality HDR. Initially I set the PS4 pro to automatically output video settings so resolution RGB range, HDR, and Deep Colour all automatic.
Question - Funk firm achromat 5mm or 3mm?
Apart from the VTA adjustment, has anyone actually done an A-B comparison of the two types of mat, and what are there differences? I haven't tried any Funk Firm mats but I've been through a few different mats all under £100. The Origin Live mat gave me the best results on my RP8.
Question - Isotek Aquarius ??
I'm thinking of going for one of these when a good used one comes along having seen it at the Bristol show yesterday. I know it's been about for a while but was impressed with sq improvements in the test (I've copied the description of it below from another post).
95 vs 99 octane fuel
I just filled up my car with the 99 octane premium tesco fuel today for the first time and, unless I am imagining things (or it's the placebo effect), but I think the engine works much more smooth and generally feels much happier and more alive.
