Abstract : Simple Summary This study explored the use of Luminex technology to detect fourteen autoantibodies associated with cancers and optimize an autoantibody panel for the detection of prostate cancer. Twelve autoantibodies were found at significantly higher frequencies in the prostate cancer group. One specific autoantibody, anti-HSP60, was further validated using an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay with a larger sample size.
