Abstract Objective: This study aims to investigate the factors influencing oral frailty among community-dwelling older adults and to develop and validate a risk prediction model. Methods: A cross-sectional study was conducted between October 2023 and November 2024, enrolling community-dwelling older adults from Zigong City, Sichuan Province, China. Participants were randomly allocated into a training set (n = 271) and a validation set (n = 117) in a 7:3 ratio.
