Randomisation After informed consent has been obtained and full participant eligibility confirmed (including exacerbation free for 6 weeks), the participant can be randomised into the trial (table 1). Randomisation Case Report Forms are provided to investigators and may be used to collate the necessary information prior to randomisation.
