Tripkicks, the travel program technology provider, has announced the launch of Tripkicks Catalyst, a platform that applies behavioral science and uses corporate travel data that integrates directly into the traveler experience. The platform delivers intelligent guidance across the full trip journey at the moment travelers are making decisions and taking action.

Australian travel management company Corporate Travel Management has disclosed in a statement to the Australian Securities Exchange that a forensic accounting review by KPMG has revealed more than £118 million ($160 million) in account discrepancies and overcharges to its UK customers. In its initial review, the company had estimated accounting errors would total £77.6 million (about $105 million).

American Express has announced an agreement to acquire Hypercard, an agentic expense management company. According to American Express, the acquisition will strengthen its commercial-services business by adding more AI expertise and more automation tools for business customers.
