Eggplant Tuesday No, YOU wrote down your Aubergine Parmigiana recipe as an excuse to say a load of dick jokes. It was actually because a whole TWO people asked me for it, so there. Also known as Melanzane Parmigiana (Italian, obv) it was created by a man called Rodolfo, after someone swapped his lasagne sheets with multiple eggplants, which was a common prank during the 1830s. I made that up. Here's the recipe, it's super easy and tastes so good.
