Abstract Aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage (aSAH) ranks among the most burdensome stroke subtypes in terms of years-of-life-lost. Existing models rely primarily on linear additive structures; explicit visualisation of factor-to-factor conditional dependencies remains limited. This study employed mixed graphical models (MGM) to restructure established clinical variables within a cross-sectional network framework, examining conditional independence structures among in-hospital clinical variables.

Abstract Conserved fecal microbiome signatures of intestinal diseases across domestic mammals offer a non-invasive avenue to monitor animal health and advance One Health, yet systematic meta-analysis with cross-study, cross-disease, and cross-host validation remains lacking. We present a leave-one-dataset-out meta-analysis defining generalizable intestinal disease signatures in mammalian hosts.

Netflix has a new film chief who is making priorities clear: to produce fewer, better movies, with actors expected to earn their roles on merit. Netflix has no intention of embracing theatrical releases. The streaming giant recently bowed to cinemas when it agreed to delay Narnia: The Magician's Nephew and grant one of its films a 45-day theatrical exclusivity window for the first time. The release is scheduled for February 2027.

Paracoccus albicereus sp. nov., isolated from the shallow-sea hydrothermal system off Kueishantao Island
Abstract Strain designated TK19116T was isolated from the shallow-sea hydrothermal systems off Kueishantao Island in Taiwan, China. The bacterium was Gram-stain-negative, aerobic, oxidase-positive and catalase-positive. Cells of the strain TK19116T were short-rod-shaped and non-motile. The results of phylogenetic analysis of 16S rRNA gene sequences indicated that strain TK19116T belonged to the genus Paracoccus , with the highest sequence similarity to Paracoccus alkanivorans 4-2T (97.1 %).

Hollow Knight: Silksong, the sequel to the 2017 indie side-scrolling action platformer Hollow Knight, is coming to Xbox, Microsoft announced during the Xbox and Bethesda Showcase on Sunday. It will be available on Xbox Game Pass the day it’s released.
