Design, synthesis, and biological activity studies of formononetin derivatives containing pyrazole amide moieties
1 INTRODUCTION Plant diseases caused by phytopathogenic fungi have long been one of the greatest threats to global food crops, severely affecting crop yield and quality, and resulting in economic losses amounting to tens of billions of dollars annually.1 Among them, Phytophthora capsica (Pc) is a significant plant pathogenic fungus that commonly threatens the production of various crops, especially solanaceous and cucurbitaceous vegetables, causing substantial losses worldwide.2, 3 The...

Diagnostic value of bone marrow smear for amyloid detection and its correlation with clinical features in systemic light-chain amyloidosis
Abstract This study aimed to evaluate the diagnostic value of bone marrow smear in systemic light chain (AL) amyloidosis and to investigate the correlation between bone marrow amyloid deposition and clinical characteristics. A total of 252 patients with AL amyloidosis were enrolled, including 126 with positive bone marrow biopsies and 126 with negative biopsies. Bone marrow smear detected amyloid deposits in 121 of 252 patients (48.0%).
How can the acceptance of artificial intelligence be transformed into employability? The sequential effect of a positive attitude toward artificial intelligence and career adaptability
Abstract As artificial intelligence is increasingly embedded into education and career development contexts and its applications grow in higher education, how student acceptance of artificial intelligence affects student perception of employability is a major research topic. Based on SCCT, we see generative AI acceptance (GAIA) as a situational occupational resource and study how it affects students' perceived employability (SPE) through positive AI attitude (PAAI) and career adaptability (CA).

Space Mission Authorization: Enabling the Final Frontier
The U.S. regulatory regime authorizing and overseeing commercial space missions is responsible for one of the most dynamic and technologically advanced industries in the world. Recently, however, investment in the space industry has slowed. This is happening in part because the rate of innovation and diversity of recent technologies enabling novel space missions is beginning to outpace the regulatory regime’s ability to provide industry with optimal predictability.
