What was your first job as a journalist?
I began freelance contributing to Orlando Informer in 2011. Within a few months, I interviewed a Sirius XM DJ for Radio Margaritaville.

What's your favorite social network?
Twitter. I am a word person and love the dialogue there, and the up-to-the-minute "news". Long live chronological feeds!
What story are you most proud of writing or working on?

When's the best time to pitch you?
Spring and Summer are best. From Fall through Winter I am slammed at the sites for which I am Editor.
What's the worst pitch you ever got?
To write about a fast casual chain with hundreds of locations around the nation, as a local gem.
