Presentation An 81-year-old female presented to the clinic with a one-month history of painless vision loss in the right eye. She reported sudden onset of vison loss upon waking without associated pain, redness or trauma. The patient also described seeing colorful lights and reported only being able to see out of a “triangle” of vision. History The patient had no significant ocular history prior to this presentation.
