Abstract The gut microbiota is well established as a key modulator of systemic immunity, with growing evidence supporting its impact on lung cancer immunotherapy outcomes. However, the contributions of the lung microbiota and the recently recognized intratumoral microbiota remain less defined.
This retrospective cohort study analyzed 105 patients with NSCLC who received neoadjuvant immunotherapy combined with chemotherapy at the Department of Thoracic Surgery of Tianjin Chest Hospital between April 2020 and April 2023. Data were extracted from the hospital information system of Tianjin Chest Hospital.
Abstract Schizophrenia is associated with changes in the structure and functioning of a number of key brain systems, including prefrontal and medial temporal lobe regions involved in working memory and declarative memory, respectively. Imaging techniques provide an unparalleled window into these changes, allowing repeated assessments across pre- and post-onset stages of the disorder and in relation to critical periods of brain development.
