The print industry has long been familiar with the imposition opportunity for book production, however as the sector has evolved so has the segments that can significantly benefit from intelligent ganging. Interest in intelligent ganging gained visibility as early as 2011, when Imp’s ganging module drew strong attention at what was then the EFI Connect user conference in Las Vegas.

Fespa is set to move WrapFest 2026 from its standalone UK format at Silverstone Race Circuit to instead take place as part of the co-located Fespa 2026 events in Barcelona in May. WrapFest held two editions in the UK in 2023 and 2024 but said the 2026 event will now run alongside Fespa Global Print Expo and its co-located events, European Sign Expo, Personalisation Experience and the new Corrugated and Textile events, at Fira Barcelona from 19 to 22 May 2026.

Pantone has described its Colour of the Year for 2026, Pantone 11-4201 Cloud Dancer, as “a billowy, balanced white imbued with a feeling of serenity”. Following on from Pantone 17-1230 Mocha Mousse, its pick for Colour of the Year 2025, Pantone said Cloud Dancer is “an ethereal hue [that] serves as a symbol of calming influence in a frenetic society rediscovering the value of measured consideration and quiet reflection”.
