Sacramento has gone crazy over their Kings. They’re having the time of their lives! When the Kings started the season, the hope was that they would be at least a “play-in” team. The playoffs? Well, that was a dream for only a few to dare. When the Kings started 0-4, certainly thoughts of the past 16 years flashed in front of fearful eyes. Boomshakalaka! Homage’s latest installment of NBA Jam brings you Sacramento Kings duo De’Aaron Fox and Domantas Sabonis in classic arcade style.

Let the trash talking begin! It’s the NBA battle of northern California. The Sacramento Kings and Golden State Warriors are about to begin the I-80 Series. It is a one-hour, 25-minute, 86.3-mile drive on I-80 from the Golden One Center in Sacramento to the Chase Center in San Francisco. It is hard to believe the Kings and Warriors have been Northern California neighbors for 38 years, but have never been in the NBA playoffs at the same time.

It’s OK to breathe a sigh of relief now. The Sacramento Kings have knocked the monkey off their back. The Kings are playoff bound! The longest postseason drought in U.S. major sports history is finally over after 16 seasons as the Kings beat Portland Wednesday night! You can’t blame Kings fans for having all kinds of emotions after not tasting playoff basketball for what seems like an eternity.. A number of Kings fans flew to Portland for the game.
