Like many people, I consider my phone my lifeline, and I often worry about what’s going to happen to it each time I need to travel. Sure, I back up my data (whenever I remember to), but it’s the device itself that’s more precious to me than gold. As they say in the mobster movies: “shame if anything was to happen to it.” Indeed, if something were to go very wrong, I’d feel disconnected without the ability to reach anyone, do work on it, get my email, or simply function in life.
