Dave Jackson

Growing up in a musical household in the heart of the Cherokee Nation in Oklahoma, Bonnie Paine and her sisters first learned music by playing drums. At ten, she picked up the guitar, opening the door to a lifelong musical journey. When she was 14, an astrologer predicted she would become a professional musician. For a painfully shy teenager whose anxiety made it difficult even to answer "here" during roll call at school, the prediction seemed almost laughable.

It's hard to categorize singer-songwriter Aaron Lee Tasjan. He's Americana, he's rock, he's alt-country — and he's collaborated with artists from across the musical spectrum — Dave Schools of Widespread Panic, Sean Lennon, Ray Wylie Hubbard, Lilly Hiatt, and the late folk singer Todd Snider, with whom he developed a close friendship. Despite releasing a series of successful albums, Tasjan found himself questioning whether he could keep creating.

The Jaws of Brooklyn are a rock and soul ensemble from, as their name suggests, Seattle. Since joining forces during the pandemic, they've gone through some changes, but have released 3 albums, including their latest, Unstoppable, produced by Ben Tanner who was part of Alabama Shakes at the historic Muscle Shoals studios in Alabama. Their sound is a mix of '60s girl-group soul and garage rock.
