George Clooney isn’t naming Quentin Tarantino outright, but he’s making it pretty clear he’s not here for the pile on against his fellow actors. While accepting an award at AARP’s Movies for Grownups ceremony on Jan. 10, set to premiere on Great Performances on PBS on Feb. 22, Clooney took a pointed detour to defend three actors Tarantino recently dragged into the discourse: Paul Dano, Owen Wilson, and Matthew Lillard.
