Former homeless clients now lead Redding housing project

FaithWorks Community Coalition is building a 14-unit affordable housing project for people experiencing homelessness in Shasta County. The project, Parkview Haven, will provide permanent housing with on-site support services for its residents. Crystal Spencer is the executive director of FaithWorks Community Coalition, which in March started an affordable housing project that will accommodate the unsheltered.
